Stayed here for 4 nights with my mother, and we had a really comfy stay. the hotel is in a great spot, right next to the Douro valley, a restaurant, and a lovely garden 🌳. Plus, it's close to larger villages, which is super convenient! .

We just had the most amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the attention to detail was incredible, making our stay cozy and comfortable. the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery of vineyards, mountains, and valleys. the pool area was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. the staff was kind and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and even offering us a taste of port upon arrival. the breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options including homemade jam, fresh breads, eggs, bacon. the location was secluded and peaceful, exactly what we wanted for a romantic getaway. We definitely recommend having your own car to explore the surrounding areas.
The only minor downside was the loud bathroom fan. It was a small inconvenience, but everything else about our stay was so amazing that it didn't affect our overall experience.
